ORDINANCE NO. 297
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TO~~SHIP
3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
\VHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. .
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said
City certain real property which is described as follows:

Apbrtion of the sWl/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, B.M., Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the 1/4 corner common to Sections 11 and 12, T. 3N., R. lW.,
B.M.j thence running N. 89038' W., along. the 1/4 section line a distance of
1326.35 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNINGj thence running N. 89038' W., I
along the 1/4 section line a distance of 105.0 feet to- a pointj thence
running N. 0002' E., a distance of 263.6 feet to a point; thence running _,
N. 89030' E., a distance of 105.0 feet to a pointj thence rurining S. 0002' W.,
a distance of 265.2 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.64 acres, more or less, and i-a subject to a county road right-
of-way along the South side of said described property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.

feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence running N. 89038' W., along the
1/4 section line a distance of 105.0 feet to a point; thence running N. 0002'
E a distance of 263._6 feet to a point; thence running N. 89030' E., a distance

be-, and the same is hereby accepted, as requested by the owners, and made a
part of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property
is hereby zoned "A" Residential.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall pla~nly and clearly designate the boundaries
'as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor,
and the State Tax Commission within 10 days- following the effective date
of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as, required by law.
Passed by the City Council' and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 3rd day of January, 1977.
