IE., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, bounded on the East by a portion of Five Mile Creek, on the West by a portion of the Cottage Home Addition to Meridian, Idaho, and on the- South by Pine Street, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a brass cap marking the center of Section 7, T. 3N., R.~lE., B.M.,; thence H. 0001' E., along the Easterly boundary line, and the projection thereof, of the Cottage Home Addition to Meridian, Idaho, acc6rd- ing:to the official plat thereot on file in the Ada County Recorder's Office, Boise, Idaho, said line also being on the north-south mid-section line of said Section 7, 957~OO fe~t (58 rods) to a steel pin; thence N. 89000' E., 226.39 feet to the centerline of Five Mile Creek; thence S. 32052' W., along said centerline, 183.16 feet to a point; thence S.3025' W., along said centerline, 355.00 feet to a point; thence S. 38026' E., along said centerline, 366.00 feet to a point;: thence leaving said center- line S. 89018' W., 127.90 feet to a steel pin; thence S. 0052' E., 160.86 feet to a point on the east-west mid-section line of ~aid Section 7; thence S. 89000' W., Along said mid-section line, 208.16 feet to the point of beginning.
