All ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE roTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO
BE RAISED FROM TAXES ASSESSED ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF'MERIDIAN :FoR THE YEAR BIDINNING JANUARY 1', 1976 AND ENDING
DECEMBER' 31, 1976. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUN'l'y,IDAH~:-
Section 1. That th~re is hereby assessed upon all the taxable
property within the limits of the City of Meridian, AdaCouhty,
Idaho, for all: purposes for the year: January 1,1976 to December 31,
1976, the following amount: TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
NO/loo ($206,500.00) DOLLARS.

Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in 10rce from and after its passage, approval and publication as
required by law.
