.Section 3. . ,The amount of money -drivedfromfundsor sources created
by law for the specified purposes in this -Ordinance provided is hereby
appropriated for such purposes and no other.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Meridian is hereby author-
ized, upon presentat-ionof proper vouchers approved 'by the'Mayor-and City
Council-of the said_City of Meridian as-provided bylaw, to ,draw his warrant
on the-funds above stated and.againstthe appropriation as made'in the pre-
ceding sections of this Ordinance, in favor of the parties entitle~thereto.
Section 5. .That this Ordinance be, and-the same is hereby designated
as "THE ANNUAL -APPROPRIATION BILL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
JiDR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1976
,Section 6. ----WHEREAS, there ,is an ,emergency therefor, which emergency is
declared,to exist,--this--Ordinanceshall -take -effect and be in force from and
after itl? passage,---approvaland,.publication as reqUired by law.
