AN ORDINANCE TERMED THE "INTERIM EXPENDITURE ORDINANCE" TO PROVIDE
FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND OTHER CURRENT EXPENSE INCURRED
BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, DURING THE PERIOD OF JANUARYlsT ill MARCR
31ST, 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MA YOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF -THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriate. the Bua of $50,000.00
~o aefray salaries and other expenses of the City of Meridian during the
perioi of January 1 to March 31,1976. while the Mayor and_City Council
prepare the proposed budget, aolds a pubric hearing and adopts the anriual
appropriation bill.
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor. which is hereby
declared to exist. this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force an.
effect from and after its passage. approval ana publication as require.
by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County. Idaho, this 5th day of Januery. 1976.
