AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTION ON PARTIAL U-TURNS WITHIN THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF- MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. PARTIAL U-TURN. It shall' be illegal for any 'turn to be
made commencing from the lane of traffic in which_a vehicle i6 moving
~h1ch crossea the oppo~ite traffic lane and which resul~s with said
vehicle Parking or coming to a stop on the opposite side of the street
from where the turn commenced.

WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which ~mergency is declared
to exist, this Ordinance .shall take effect and be in force frQm and after
its passage,_, a'pprovaland publication as requi~ed by l,aw.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 1st day of December, 1975. '
