AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF SECTION 6, iOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RAIDE 1 EAST, BOISE
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, 'ro THE CITY OF MERIDIAN ,WICH PROPERTY IS
ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS 'ro THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.

concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said
