AN ORDINANCE REZONIWCERTAIN REAL P8BMWHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
LOTS 1 THROUGH 5, BLOCK 2, OF THEBO' ION ro MERIDIAN, AND
LOTS 1 THROUGH6,BLOCK 8, OF BOWER'S SECOND ADDITION TO MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City.COUDCil and the Mayor of the City of Meridiaa,
baveconcluded that it is in the best interest of said City to rezone
certain real property which i8 described as to11ows:

Lots 1 through 5, Block 2, of the BOWD/.Addition to Meridian, and Lots
1 through 6, Block 8, of Bower's Second Addition to Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, . ADA .COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the following described property:
Lots 1 through 5, Block 2, of the Bown Addition to Meridian, and
Lots 1 through 6,Block 8, of Bower's Second Addition to Meridian,
Ada County. Idaho.
be rezoned "C" Commercial.
Section 2. ThieOrdinance shall be in full force and effect from
