AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR ALL THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCItn THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1975, AND ENDING THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF
D:&;EMBER, 1975, THIS ORDINANC.I!i BEING KNOWN AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,

Section 6. WHEREAS, there is an emergenoy therefor, which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in foree from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the C1 ty of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 24th day of March 1975.
