ORDINANCE NO. 277
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING A PORTION OF SECTION 7-519 OF THE REVISED
AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
AND REPLACING THE SAME WITH NEW MA'l'l'ER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That that portion of Section 7-519 under (A) User
Charges, numbers 1 and 2, of the Revised and Compiled Ordinances of
the City of Meridian, is hereby repealed and replaced with the
following: -
1. All domestic sewer users served entirely by the City Sewer
System shall be obligated to pay their proportion of the cost of
the laterals, trunk ,line and treatment plant hereby determined to
be the rate of $3.50 per month. - -
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after May 1, 1975.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
__ City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 13th day of March, 1975.
