AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 5-122 OF TilE REVISED
AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, DEALING WITH CHARGES FOR WA'rER AND INSTALLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO~
Section 1: That that portion of Section 5-122 of the Revised
and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, dealing with water
hookup, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Water hookup
$250.00
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force aud effect
from and after April 1, 1975.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 13th day of March, 1975.
