ORDINANCE NO. 275
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 7-519 OF THE REVISED AND
COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
DEALING WI'rH CHARGES FOR FUTURE SEWER HOOKUPS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That that portion of Section 7-519 of the Revised
and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, under paragraph (C)
Future Hookups, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sewer hookup
$350.00
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after April 1, 1975.
PasAed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 13th day of March, 1975.
