AN ORDINANCE AMENDlm SECTION 3-1610 OF THE REVISED AND COMPn.ED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DEALIrG WITH
MISREPRESENTATION OF AGE, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That Section 3-1610 of the Revised and Compiled Ordinances
of the City of Meridian, is hereby amended to read as follows:
3-1610: MISREPRESENTATION OF AGE:
(A) No person under the age of nineteen (19) years may purchase,
consume or possess wine.

(B) No person shall give, sell, or deliver wine to any person
under the age of nineteen (19) years.
(C) No person under the age of nineteen (19) years shall by any
means represent to any retailer or distributor or to any agent or
.employee of such retailer or distributor that he or she is nineteen
(19) years or more o~ age for the purpose of inducing such retailer
