ORDINANCE NO. 262 (CORRECTED)
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE _
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT
AND CONTIGUOUS 'It> THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
concluded that it ia in the best interest of said City to annex to said City
certain real property which i5 described as follows:
WEST FRANKLIN BUSINESS ANNEXATION
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,
Boise-Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; thence West 879.2 feet to the real point of
beginning; thence S. 435.6 feet to an iron pin; thence W. 100 feet to an iron
pin; thence N 435.6 feet to a point on the section line; thence E. along the
section line, 100 feet to the place of beginning.
ALSO, a part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 13, Township 3
North, Range 1 West, of the Boise-Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, described as I
follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 13, T. 3N., R. 1W.; thence
West along the North aide of said Section 13, a distance of 668.6 feet to a
point, the real point of beginning; thence West along the North aide: of said
Secti~n 13, a distance of 210.6 feet to a steel pin; thence South 0028' West,
435.6 feet to a steel pin; thence West 100.00 feet to a steel pin; thence South
0028' West, 221.2 teet to a steel pin; thence East along the South side of said
NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 ot said Section 13, a distance of 310.6 feet to a
point; thence North 0028' East, 656.8 feet to the real point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN. ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the aforementioned real property which is described as
follows:

Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal _
