ORDINANCE NO. 260
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 251 OF THE REVISED AND COMPliED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DEALING WITH
PROHIBITING ALL NIGHT PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a
vehicle within the fire district limits as defined in Section
6-102 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian, for a period of
time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hour of 2:00 A.M.,
and 5:00 A.M., of any day, except physicians on emergency calls,
or at reGidencea for re6i~ential parking purposes.

Section 2. In the event any part of this.ordiriance conflicts
with any existing Ordinance of the City of Meridian, this Ordinance
shall be deemed as prevailing and the Ordinance it is in conflict
with is deemed repealed.
Section 3. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication
as required by law.
