AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS PDLLOWS:
A PORTION OF SECTIONS 1 AND 2, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Whereas, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded that
it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said City certain real property which
is described as follows:
CHERRY LANE - LINDER ROAD ANNEXATION
A parcel of land in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 1, said corner being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence North 350.00 feet along. the Westerly boundary of said Section 1 to a
point; thence East 800.00 feet along a line parallel to and 350.00 feet Northerly of the
Southerly boundary of said Section 1 to a point; thence South 350.00 feet along a line
parallel to and SOO.OO feet Easterly of the Westerly boundary of said Section 1 to a I
point on the said Southerly boundary of Section 1; . thence West'SOO.OO feet along the said
Southerly boundary of Section 1 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, comprising 6.43 acres,
more or less; And also the Easterly 25.00 feet of the Southerly 350.00 feet of the E 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, ,_:~
Ada County, Idaho, comprising 0.20 acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the aforementioned real property which is described as follows:
