- ORDINANCE NO. 251
AN QRDINANCE PROHIBITING ALL NIGHT PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO: _
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle
within the fire district limits as defined in Section 6-102 of the
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, for a period of time longer than
thirty (30) minutes between the hour of 2:00 A.M., and 5:00 A.M., of
any day, except physicians on emergency calls. .

Section 2. In the event any part of this Ordinance conflicts
with any existing Ordinance of the City of Meridian, this Ordinance
shall be deemed as prevailing and the Ordinance it is in conflict with
is deemed repealed.
Section 3. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emer-
gency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall-take effect and be
in force from and-after its passage, approval and publication as re-
quired by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 3rd day of December, 1973.
