ORDINANCE NO. 247
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-1303 OF THE REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DEALING
LICENSE FEES FOR LIQUOR BY THE DRINK, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That Section 3-1303 of the Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
I
LICENSE FEES: The License fees required for establisrunents
handling liquor by the drink shall be in the sum of $562.50 per
calendar year or portion thereof, payable in advance.
Section 2: WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this 'Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 3rd day of December, /'773
