ORDINANCE NO.~
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A PORTION OF SECTIONS 12 AND 13, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN AND
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY , IDAHO, TO THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO
WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to Raid City certain reRl property
which is described as follows:
MERIDIAN INVESTORS ANNEXATION

Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 25 feet North oQ06' Ea~t of the Quarter section corner between
Sections 12 and 13, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M.; thence N. 0006' East, 1420.8 feet to the
point on the South side of the right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence S.
8900' East along the South side of the right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad, 307.2
feet to a point; thence S. 0006' -West, 1139.70 feet to a steel pin; thence West parallel

Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as
altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the
State Tax Commission withinlO days following the effective date of this Ordinance..
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
