AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR ALL THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MERInIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR TIlE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1973, AND ENDING THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF
DECE.,'MBER, 1973, THIS ORDINANCE BEING KNOWN AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

Section 2.. That the following sums of money, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any money in the City Treasury of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose
of defraying any and all neceBsary expenses and liabilities for the Baid City of
Meridian, to be incurred for general municipal purposes for the fiscal year
commencing the 1st day of January, 1973 and ending the 31st day of December, 1973,
said purposes being as follows, to-wit:

~~~ ation as made in the preceding sections of this Ordinance, in favor of the parties entitled
