AN ORDINANCE REZONINfl CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS SITUATED IN THE S~ OF THE
SW',4 OF THE SEJ4, SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, B.M., ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, AND ALL OF BLOCK 7 AND THE NORTH 136.0 FEET OF BLOCK 6 OF THE AMENDED
PLAT OF F. A. NOURSE'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CrTY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
. WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have con-
eluded that it is in the best interest of said City to rezone certain real property
which is described as follows:
Parcel 1: A parcel of land lying in the S~ of the S~,4 of the SID}., Section 1, T.
3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, and more part2cular1y described as follows:
Beginning at the brass cap marking the S~ corner of said Section 1; thence N.
89040'10" E., 672.20 feet along the 'southerly boundary of .the said SE}4 of Section 1,
which is also the center line of Cherry Lane, to an iron pin; thence N. 1046'50" W.,
