BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY' CCCN01LOF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
rDAHO:-
Section 1. That there ils!he1'eby appropriated the sum of $50,000.00 to defray
salaries and other expenses of the ,City of Mer1dian during the period of January 1 to
March 31, 1973, while the Mayor and City Council prepares the proposed budget, holds
a public hearing and adopts the annual appropriation bill~
Section 2. WHF~EAS, there is an emergency therefor, which is hereby declare~ to
exist, thi5 Ordinance 5hall take effect and be in force and effect from and after its
passage, a~proval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and ap~roved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, I
Ada County, Idaho, this 9th day of January, 1973. ~
