AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A PORTION OF LOT 1, WESTLAWN SUBDIVISION; A PORTION OF SECTIONS 1, 12 AND 13, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH
RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, AND A PORTION OF SECTIONS 7 AND 18, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1
EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT

WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded that
