ORDINANCE NO. 230
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84 OF THE REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DEALING WITH SEWER
USE, SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 7-519 of the Revised and Compiled Ordinances
of the City of Meridian, be, and the same are hereby amended as follows:
Strike out all paragraphs under (c) Future Hookups:, and replace with
the following paragraph:
(c) Future Hookups: All new connections with the sewer system shall
pay a hookup charge as set by Resolution by the City Council.
WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is hereby
-declared to exist.- this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and
effect from and after its passage. approval and publication as required
by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County. Idaho. this 11th -day of September. 1972.
