AN ORDINA,NCE SETTING FORTH THE 'IDTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY 'ill BE RAISED
FROM TAXES ASSESSED ON THE T.XABLE PROPER']'Y WITHIN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN FOR
THE YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1972, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1972.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed upon all the taxable property
within the limits of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, for all purposes
for the year January 1, 1972 to December 31, 1972, the following amount:
NINETY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO and 87/100 ($96,222.87) DOLLARS.
" Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication,as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and ap~:1roved by the Mayoref the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 11th day of September, 1972.
