AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 207 OF THE REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANC&5 OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DEALING WITH
LICENSING AND REGULATION OF MOBILE HOME TRAILER PARKS IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Sections 3-502.1, 3-503.1, 3-507.5b, 3-507.7a, 3-507.7b,
3-507.8c, 3-507.10b, 3';"S07..l0c, 3-509.3~ 3-515.2, 3-516.10, 3-516..1~ and
_ 3-5l6.2g of the Revised and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, be,
and the same are hereby amended as follows: -
3-50:\.1: Strike out - maintain after alter and before extend
Strike out - or operation after extension and before proposed.
3-503.1: strikeout - issues annually. after permit and before. Ex ~
City Clerk.
3-507.5b: Strike out - and has an opaque top or_ roof, after feet and
before shall ~.
3-507.7a: Insert - from_ back of curb after 25 feet and before from any.
3-507.7b: Strike out - and at least 25 feet from other park property
boundary lines after highway and to the end of
sentence.
3-507.7b: Change - 15 reet to 5 feet after of and before feet between.
3-507.8c3: Change - 400 feet to 450 feet.

WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is hereby
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required
by law. .
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 7th day of February, 1972.
