ORDINANCE NO. 218
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 215 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, BY AMENDING THE LEnAL DESCRIPTION OF THE
MERIDIAN INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 215 is. hereby amended by striking
the entire legal description pertaining to Meridian Industrial Park
and replacing the same with the following:
Commencing at the Quarter Corner common to Sections? and 18, T. 3N.,
R. lE., B.M.; thence North 25.00 feet to the Point of Begimnil!lg;
thence N. 89017'30" E., 1,327.60 feet to a poillt;
thence N. O"01'W., 1,2-20.49 feet to a point;
thence N. 89010' W.,- 686.93 feet to a point;
thence S. 0002' E., 372.34 feet to a point;
thence S. 88052' W., 640.62 feet. to a point;
thence South 861.88 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication as
required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City
of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 6th day of December, 1971.
