AN ORDINANCE DEALING WITH SECTION 2-401 OF THE ZONING LAW, REVISED AND COMPILED
,_ORDINANCES_ OF T~ CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE Sll.ID CIT-Y TO INCLUDE LAND ANNEXED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, lDAHO:-
Section 1. That Section 2-401 Revised and Compiled Ordinanoes of the City of
Meridian, be, and the sume is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph theret0
designated as paragraph I to read as follows:
2-401 ZONING AUT NAMED. ZONING MAP ADOPTED:
The zoning mapaI' -said c~ty is hereby amended so t~t the following
de:rcribed area is designed as- "cn or-Cc:ilim1ercial Zone:
Ordinance No. 184, passed April 21, 1969.
James Stone Annexation.
The zoning map of said City is hereby amended so that the fol1owtng
.. described area is designed as "light industrial" subject to the
falloWing restrictions: .
I. Uses in the_park will be restricted tb:those industries that will
not create obnoxious situations.
2. Stroot plans to be approve~ by the Planning & Zoning Commission on
each proj ect.
3. The Industrial Park will have landscaping and Architectural review
on all projects.

Commencing at the Quarter corner common to Sections 7 and 18, T. 3N.,
R. lE., B.M., t.nenee North 25.00 feet to the Point of ~eginning; thence
N. 89?17'30" E. -1,327.60 fee~ to a point; thence N. 0 01' W., 1,220.49
feet to a point; thanceN. 89 10' W., 686.93 feet to a point; thence S.

Seotion 2. ThAt the City Zoning map is hereby changed to conform to the pro-
visions of this Ordinanoe.

Section 3. ., WHEREAS, there is an emergency theref'or,which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take - ef'feot and be in force from and after
its:passage, approval and publication as required by law.
