AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MON!!."'Y NECESSARY TO BE
RAISED FRON TAXES ASSESSED ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1911, AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1911-.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL (Th' THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO~-
Section 1. That there is hereb~ assessed upon all the taxable
property within the_ limits of the City of-Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
for all purposes for the year January 1, 1971 to D~cember 31, 1971,
the following amount~ Eighty~One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty ~wo and
46/100($81,552.46) Dollars. - -
Section. 2. ~WHEREAS, there is' an emergency_ therefor, which emergency
is deolared to exist, this O~inance shall take effect and be in_force
from and after its passage, approval and p~blication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council-and approved by the lVlayor of the City
of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 13th day of September, 1971.
