AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A PORTION OF THE SE}4 0,1:" 'fHE SW1A, SECTION 6, 'IDWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, EO ISE
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO _THE CITY _ OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT
AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA -COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interest of said City to :annex to eaid City certain real
