AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS Fen,LOWS:
A PORTION OF THE SE}4, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, TO THE crTY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT. AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
. WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interests of said City to annex to said City certain real
property which is described as follows:
