AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR AU.. THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MElRIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING THE 'FIRST DAY OF JANUAllY, 1971, AND ENDING THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1970, THIS ORDINANCE BEING KNOWtI AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, AND
DECIARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA,
COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. The following is a sta~ement of the revenues of the City of
Meridian, Idaho, from all sources for the fiscal year commencing January:~l, 1970
and ending December 31, 1970, to-wit:

Section 2. That the following sums of money, or so much thereof as way be
necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any money in the City Treasury of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, not othervise appropriated, for the purpose
of defraying any and all necessary expenses and liabilities for the said City of
Meridian, to be incurred for general municipal purposes for the fiscal year

said purposes being as follows, to-wit:

Section 3. The amount of money derived from funds or sources created by Law
