ORDINANCE NO. 200
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, ADOPTING THE "IDAHO
LIQUOR .AND BEER LAWS", PROVIDING THAT THREE COPIES OF SAID LIQUOR
AND BEER LAWS DULY CERTIFIED SHALL BE KEPT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CITY CLERK; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, IDAHO::
Section 1. There is hereby adopted for the purpose of governing
the licensing, sale and use of alcoholic beverages within the City
of Meridian, the laws of the State of Idaho being particularly Title 23,
Idaho Code, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended by
the legislature and as contained in. that certain volume -nldaho Liquor
and Beer Laws", revised through l:heacts of the--1969 legislature,
published by authority of the Department of Law Enforcement, Liquor
Law Division, as the same may be revised by the. legislature or by
the governing body of the City of Meridian. An~ the same are hereby
adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the City as fully as though
set forth at length herein..
Section 2. Three copies of the Idaho Liquor and Beer Laws, together
With all amendments thereto, all duly certified by the City Clerk, shall
be kept on file in the office of the city clerk for use and examination
of and by the public.
Section 3. All ordinances of the City of Meridian, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed as of the effective date and time of tJ:lis
ordinance.
