section 1. That Section 2-401 Hevised and Comr,iled Ordinances of the
City of }'leridian, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a new parat:-
graph thereto designated as paragraph E- to read as follows:

F The zoning map of said city is hereby amended so that the
following described area is designed as a "e" or Commercial
.Zone:
Ordinance No. 162, I:Jassed June 5, 1967, North l\lleridian
Annexation.
Ordinance No. 168, passed November 6, 1967, Dobaran
AnneJaJ tion.
Section 2. That the city zoning map is hereby changed to conform to
the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. \JHEREAS, there is an emergenc;,{ therefor, which emergency
is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval a.nd I1ublication a.s reQuired by law.
PASSED by the City Conncil and approved by the l'Ia3ror of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 14th day of September, 1970.
