S_ection 1. That Section 2-401 Revised and _Compiled Ordinances of the
City Of Heridian, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a new-]lIua-
graph thereto designed as paragraph K to read as follows:
2-401. ZONING ACT NA1\JED. ZONING ]VIAP ADOPI'ED:
-E-.The zoning map of said city is_hereby amended so that the
following described area is design~d as a "A" or Residential
-ZDne from a ~~B II or Residential Zone:
Ordinance No. 72, passed December 6, : 1954, Scrivner Annexation.
Section 2. That the city zoning map is hereby changed to conform to_
the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3.WHEREiiS, there is an emergency therefor, \\Thich emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the Ci ty Council. and approved by the lVlayor of the City of
l\:leridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 14th day of September, 1970.
