IVJERID Il~N, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO: _
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed upon all the taxable
property witliin th~ limits of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
for all purposes for the year January 1, 1910 to December 31, 1910,
the following amount: Sixty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Five
and 25/100 ($64,515.25) Dollars.
Section 2. WHEREAS, there-:is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication-as
required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved 'by the IVIajror of the City
of l'leridian,ll.da County, Idaho, this 8th day of September, 1970.
