Section 1. That Section 2-401 Revised and Compiled Ordinances of the
City of Neridian, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a new
paragraph thereto designated as paragraph IE to read as follows:

the provisions of this ordinance.

declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the JV~yor of the City of
Neridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 3rd day of August, 1970.
