186 Interim Expenditure Ordinance

Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$50,000.00 to defray salaries and other expenses of the City of
Meridian, during the period of January 1, to March 31, 1970 while
the Mayor and City 'Council prepares the proposed budge, holds a
pUblic hearing and adopts the annual appropriation bill. .
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefore, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be.in force and effect from and a~~er its passage,
approval and pUblication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,_ this 5th day of J~nuary, 1970.
