AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERT! WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS::
A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP
3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE ME:RIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CIT! OF M&RIDIAN,
WHICH PROPERTI IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITI OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTI, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interest to said City t~annex to~said City oertain real
property which is described as follows:

A Portion of the ,Northeast t of the Northwest t, Section 7, Township 3 _North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follo~: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NEt of the NWt of Section
7, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, and running South 88015' West
630.0 feet along the Northerly boundary of the said ,Northeast t,of the Northwest
t of Section 7; thence South 0018' West 675.5 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 0018' West 321.86 feet to a point; thence North 89050' West 394.33
feet to a point, said point being the center line of East Third Avenue; thence
North 0007' East 321.24 feet along the center line of East Third Avenue to a point
on the Southerly boundary of the right of way of Gruber Avenue; thence North
88015' East 394.08 feet, more or less, along the Southerly extended boundary of
Gruber Avenue to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, said property lies adjacent and contiguous to the City_of Meri~ian,
and
WHEREAS, said property has been by the owner or proprietor iher~for--~

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CrTi ~Of
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-222,IDAHQ _C~_:"" \
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is d~scribedas
follows:

1 East, Boise Meridian, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:

630.0 feet along the Northerly boundary of the said Northeast t of the Northwest-nt
of Section 7; thence South 0018' West 675.5 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 0018' West 321.86 feet to a point; thence North 89050' West 394.33
feet to a point, said point being the center line of East Third Avenue; thence
North 00 07' East 321.24 feet along the centerline of East Third Avenue to a point
on the Southerly boundary of the right of w.y of Gruber Avenue; thence North 88015'
East 394.08 feet, more or less, along the Southerly extended boundary of Gruber

be, and the same is hereby annexed to and mde a part of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description
and nap whioh shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to
be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the Sate Tax
Commission within 10 days following the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in fUll force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this 8th day of September, 1969.
