ORDINANCE NO. 182
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-401 OF THE ZONI~G LAW, REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. BY CHANGING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE SAID CITY TO CHANGE A CERTAIN AREA IN TAYLOR SUBDIVISION FROM RESIDENTIAL
ZONE "A" TO COMMERCIAL ZONE "C".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA

Section 1. ~at Section 2-401 Revised and Compiled Ordin~nces of the City
of Meridian,' be and the same is hereby amended, by adding a new paragraph thereto
designated as paragraph ~ to read as follows: ." .
2-401. ZONING ACT NAMED. ZONING-MAP ADbPTED:
c-l. ~e zoning map of said city is hereby amended so that the following
described area is designated: as "C" or Commercial Zone:
Lots 21, 22 and 25 of the Taylor Subdivision in Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
Section 2. That the city zontngmap is hereby changed to conform to the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which. emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in. force from and after
its passage, approval and publication'as required by law.
