ORDINANCE NO. 181
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-311 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE~CITY OF MERIDIAN,
60NCERNING FEES FOR GARBAGE AND REFUSE COLLECTION AT RESIDENCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO:-
SECTION 1. That Section 7-311 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 7-311: COLLECTION FEES: Fees and rates for the collection of
garbage and rubbish shall be set "by rules and regulations of the Council of
the City.
Provided further, that where the enforcement of the provisions of this
Chapter will work a financial hardship, or where the amount of rubbish and
garbage is of such small amounts as to not warrant the collection of the full
charges as herein provided, the Mayor and Council may issue a special
