AN ORDINANCE ANNE:XING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS AU, THAT PORTION OF
LOT 2, SECTION IB, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN l,YING WES'I'ERLY OF THE
EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RELOCATED STATE HIGHWAY NO. 69 AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS FOR
PROJECT NO. S-3~B2(1) IN ADA COUNTY, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJA-
CENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. TO BEf',KNOWN AS
DOBARAN ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded that
it is in the best interests of said City to annex to said City certain real property
which is described as follows::
All the t portion of Lot 2, Sec tion 18, Township 3 North, RaIlge ]. }~Slst, Boise
Meridian lying Westerly of the Easterly right of way line'of relocated State
Highway No. 69 as shown on the plans for Project No. 8-3782(1), in Ada County,
Idaho, and;
WHEREAS, said property has been sold by metes and bounds and tracts not exce~~~~
five (5) acres. ~~
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 'I'm:: tJlAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~~
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described as follows:,
All that portion of Lot 2, Section 18, Township 3 North, Range lEast, Boise
Meridian lying Westerly of the Easterly right of way line of relocated State
Highway No. 69 as shown on the plans for Project No. S-3782(1), in Ada County,
'Idaho,
be, and the same is hereby annexed to a.nd made a peeTt 01 the City of I.leridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from andaft~r it.s,
