AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OE' THE
SW).., SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTH
ONE-QUARTER CRONER OF SECTION 6, T 3 N, R 1 E, B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO AND RUNNING W
"lESTERLY 1073.0 FEET MORE OR LESS, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 6
TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING WESTERLY 628.0 FEET, M0RE OR LESS,
ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SECTION 6 TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 412.5 FEET TO A
POINT; THENCE EAST 218 FEET TO A POINT: THENCE N. 88000' E. 310.00 FEET TO A POINT;
THENCE S. 0015' E. 7.1 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY BANK OF THE
FIVE MILE DRAINAGE DITCH; THENCE S. 71053' E. ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BANK OF THE
SAID DITCH TO A POINT; THENCE S.0015' -E. TO A POINT ON THE SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY

Commencing at the South one-quarter Corner of Section 6, T 3 N, R 1 E, B.M.,
Ada County, Idaho and running Westerly 1073.0 feet, more or less, along the Southerly
boundary of said Section 6 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing Westerly 628.0 feet, more or less, along
boundary of Section ,6 to a point;
thence North 412.5 feet to a point;
thence East 218 feet to a point;
thence N. 88000' E. 310.00 feet to a point;
thence S. 0015' E. 7.1 feet, more or less, to a point on the Northerly bank of
the Five Mile drainage ditch;,.
thence s. 71053' E. along the Northeasterly bank of the said ditch to a point;
thence S. 0015' E. to a point on the said Southerly boundary of Section 6, said
point being the point of beginning, in Ada County, Idaho, which said proE~rty: lies

be, and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho,
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Ordi-
nance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this 5th day of June , 1967.
