ORDINANCE NO. 155
REPEALING SECTION 3-1101 OF THE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO,
REQUIRING A LICENSE FEE FOR OPERATING POOL OR BILLIARD TABLES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:

SECTION 1. That Section 3-1101 of the Ordinance of the City of Meridian,
requiring a license fee for operating pool or billiard tables within said
city be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by lave
