AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LYING IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3
NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
concluded that it is in the best interests to SJid City to annex to said City
certain real property lyihg in Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,
Boise Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, hereafter more particularly described,
which said property lies adjacent and contiguous to the said City of Meridian,
and;
WHEREAS, said property has been laid off into lots and blocks containing
not more than five (5) acres, and said property has been sold by metes and
bounds and tracts not exceeding five acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, more particu1arl~ .i

an iron pin; thence S 0008'45" w 502.18 feet to an iron pin; thence S 26025'
00" E 67.08 feet to an iron pin; thence S 0008'45" W 100.00 feet to an iron
pin; thence S 89051'15" E 260.00 feet to the Real Point of Beginning; which
property is also described as the Gregory Subdivision, Unit No. 1 as recorded
ih Book 20 of Plats, pages 1300 and 1301, records of' Ada County, Idaho, re-
corded August 6, 1965.

Ada County, Idaho.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this
~rdinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, and with all other
agencies and offices as required by law and according to the practices of the
Clerk.
Section 3. That it is hereby declared that an emergency exists and that
this Ordinance shall be in fu11 force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, thia-1!! day of November, 1965.
