ORDINANCE NO. 148
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH,
RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, ID1\HO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH
PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it ia in the beat interests to said City to annex to said City certain real
property which is described below, in Township 3 North, Rangel West, Boise Meridian,
in Ada County, State of Idaho, which said property lies adjacent and contiguous to
the said City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho" and;

Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described aa follows::
WHEREAS,- said property has been laid off into lots and blocks
more than five (5) acres, and said property has been sold by metes
tracts not exceeding five acres.
. Commencing at the SW corner of the ~ of Section 12, T. 3 N., R.I. W., B.M.;
thence Easterly along midsection line 2187.95 feet to a point; thence northerly
25.00 feat to the real point of beginning; thence northerly 638.48 feet to a point;
thence easterly 132.62 feet to a point; thence southerly 638.56 feet to a point;
thence westerly 132.60 feet to the real point of neginning.
be and the same ia hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Ordi-
nance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, and with all other agencies and
offices as required by law and according to the practices of the Clerk.
Section 3. It is hereby declared that an emergency exists, and that this
Ordinance- shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this ~ day of November, 1965.
