ORDINANCE NO. 145
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LYING IN SECTION 1.2, TOWNSHIP 3
NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
~, The City Council and the Mayor of the ,City ot Meriiliq, have
concluded that it is in the best interests to said City to annex to said City
certain real property lying in Section 12, ToWnship 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, hereatter more perticularly described, which
said property lies adjacent and contiguous to the said City of Meridian, and;
WHEREAS, said property has been laid off into lots and blocks containing
not more than tive (5) acres, and said property has been sold by metes and
bounds and tracts not exceeding fiye acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE:

Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this
Ordinance ~th the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, and with all other
agencies aad offices as required by law and according to the practices of the
Clerk.
Section 3. That it is hereby declared that an emergency exists and that
this Ordinance shall be in full force and erfet from and after its passage,
approval and publica~ion as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 1st day of November 1965.
