AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS-THE ~ OF THE
~ OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, B.M., IN ADA COUNTY, STATE OF
IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, The' City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have con-
cluded that it is in the best interests to said City to annex to said City certain
real property which is described as the N~~ of the ~ of Section 12, in Township
3 North, Range 1 West, B.M., in Ada County, State of Idaho, which said property
lies adjacent and contiguous to the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and;
WHEREAS, The Joint Class A School District No.2, Ada and Canyon Counties,
State of Idaho, having given its written consent for the annexation of said pro-
perty, the Joint Class A School District No.2, Ada and Canyon Counties, State of
Idaho, being the legal titleholder of the said property and said property con-
taining more that five (5) acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is desc~~~~~

be, and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this
Ordinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, and with all other
agencies and offices as required by law and according to the practices of the
Clerk.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this ltth day of October, 1965.
