AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LYING IN SECTION 12, TOUNSHIP 3 NORTH,
RANGE 1 WEST, B.M., IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY
IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.

WHEREAS, City Council and the ayor of the City of Meridi~ have concluded
that it is in the best interests to said City to annex to said City certain real
property lying in Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, B.M., in Ada County
Idaho, hereafter more particularly described, which said property lies adjacent
and contiguous to the said City of Meridian, and;
WHEREAS, the Meridian Corporation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
Day Saints, a Corporation Sole, is the owner of certain real property, hereafter
more particularly described, which property lies adjacent and contiguous to the
said City of Meridian, and;
WHEREAS, the said Meridian Corporation of The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints has given its consent to the annexation of said real property
to the said City of Meridian.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, more particularly des- ~

Begfnning at a point on the Section line between'Section land 12,662 Ft. North
89 degrees 51' West of the corner sections 1, 6, 7, and 12, Township 3 N., R. 1 E.
and 1 W.: Thence South 695.8 feet to a point: thence N. 890 50' W. 601.1 feet
to a point; thence N. 00 12' E. 695.6' to a point on the N. Boundary of said Sect.
12, thence S. 890 51' East 600.7 ft. to the place of beginning, and subject to the
road right of way on the North and West, the same being a part of the ~ of the
N1)4of Sect. 12, T. 3N. R. 1 West, Boise Meridian in Ada County, Idaho
be, and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
Section 2. The C~ty Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this
Ordinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of M~rt~jan,
