ORDINANCE NO.139
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF EAST 4TH STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCK 7 AND 8
OF THE PLAT OF COTTAGE HOME ADDITION TO MERIDIAN, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
STATE OF IDAHO.
That from the effective date of this Ordinance the following described
platted property is vacated:
That portion of East 4th Street lying between Blocks 7 and 8 of the Plat of
Cottage Home Addition to Meridian, Idaho, as it runs from the southerly boundary
line of Carlton Avenue (Carlton Street) to the northerly boundary line extended
of the alley in said Blocks 7 and 8 of Cottage Home Addition.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this ~ day of July, 1965.
